Returns are easy and quick with us!

You have 14 calendar days to withdraw from the sales agreement, starting from the moment you receive the package.
  1. Go to the "I want to return a product" tab and enter the order number and the e-mail address you have used when placing your order. If you have an account with us, you can also log in and go to the "Returns" tab, which is located in "Your account".
  2. Select the order which the return applies to and, from the list, the product you want to return.
  3. In the "Choose manner of return" step, select "Ship by yourself", and then select the manner in which you would like to receive your refund.
  4. In the last step, download a printout of the return request and place it inside the package.
  5. Remember that you have to pay for it. We do not accept cash on delivery packages.

  6. When the return is verified by us, your funds will be returned in accordance with the refund form which you have selected. We will notify you about this via an e-mail message. The standard deadline for processing a return is 7 days from the date of receiving the return shipment.
