Complaints

We are very sorry if we have betrayed your trust and the purchased product did not meet your expectations in terms of quality.
We do not bury our head in the sand! If the product has a defect or it has arisen during use - you may use your right of complaint.
In order to make a complaint:
to the "I want to complain about a product" tab and enter the order number and the e-mail address you have used when placing your order. If you have an account with us, you can also log in and go to the "Complaints" tab, which is in your account.
Select the order which the return applies to and, from the list, the product you want to make a complaint about. Add a description of the defect and pictures which show the problem.
Decide whether you will send the package to us by post or deliver it to one of our boutiques.
Also, specify the manner in which you would like to receive a potential refund.
Your complaint will be processed within 14 days from the date we receive the package.
You will be notified about the final decision regarding your complaint via an e-mail message.
